Today, learning Spanish or any other subject is easier than it once was. The methods have improved, and we have many options that allow flexible lessons to adjust to our lives. Perhaps the problems we may encounter don’t have to do with flexibility but with other things. As everything works in equilibrium, we can’t have something new without having given anything in exchange.
20 years ago, people’s lives used to be more calmed. This would be reflected on our daily routines, our thoughts and even the streets. If we were to pursue an aim, we probably would have to work harder to achieve it, but we would be more willing to do so, since we weren’t as busy as we are today.
Today, we have so many things in our mind that it can sometimes be hard to focus on one thing. Even though we develop some kind of ‘multi-tasking’ ability, we might get stressed easily. We have access to a lot more information than we need, and we believe that information can be a double edge sword. We have to be careful with the media, since it can distract us and fill out heads with thoughts we don’t need, and which divert us from our goals.
